Congratulations goes to Ms. Allison Hickman of Conyers, GA for being my first Distributor to break out as a Manager this year. Allison not only qualified as a NSP Manager for the month of April, but won my contest for the Nature’s Spring Water Unit—a $200.00 Reverse Osmosis filter from NSP! Allison says she has been "bragging to everyone" about the contest that she won and how she "didn’t have to do anything to win!" This is what Allison did do: She sent me some of her clients who I consulted with through the electronic mail, she helped a couple of others with programs in her area, she made sure her orders totaled the minimum $150.00, and instantly she became a Manager! She now will receive checks for 27% of her PV, and be eligible for NSP’s insurance--which covers Reflexology, Massage, Acupuncture, etc. She will also have the ability to purchase NSP stock, and receive all of NSP’s literature and offers that are only available to Managers. International and Internet
Thank you all for a successful trip back to Florida, New York and Colorado to see you! It was great to see how well you are all doing! My next visit to the States to check in with you will probably be in California, Georgia, and possibly Texas. At this point I am busy through the summer, but will keep you informed. Let me know what your needs are and I’ll see what I can arrange.
In the meantime, consultations via the Internet’s e-mail system has been working fantastically! I obviously cannot do actual eye readings, however, I can usually decipher what is going on with someone by listening to problems, and asking questions. I then recommend a program and explain why. So far my clients are having success with this form of Consultation. I am offering my Services for no charge at this time, although it takes longer for a consultation since I am typing, editing, etc. However, when my Europe practice gets too full to have the time for these "on-line" consultations, I will be forced to charge a fee for this also. So, keep them coming now!

Business Matters
A special notice to all of you who are interested in making Nature’s Sunshine a money making opportunity as well as a health building, life saving personal habit!
AN HERB IN TIME, SAVES NINE
One of my successful Distributors in Georgia recently informed me that there are over 200 Multiple Level Marketing Companies (like NSP) that start up every year. 86% of these companies are gone after only 18 months. 97% are gone after only 60 months! Only a few top companies are built for the long haul, and guess who’s at the top of the list! NSP’s "25 Years of Caring and Sharing" can tell you!
It is so upsetting for me to see these so called "health" companies come out boasting of their wonderful products and really don’t know anything about health or quality control. You all know quality and effectiveness is why I use NSP. I hope that is why you use NSP too. If a salesman tries to convince you that their particular product is better than NSP’s or that NSP doesn’t carry a product like it, then you know they don’t have the correct information! NSP comes out with products that are superior in quality. Also, if they don’t have a particular product at this time, then it is usually because their Scientists are still researching the product to ensure it’s safety for it’s consumers—YOU! So, don’t be encouraged to grab the next "miracle pill" that the media or some pushy salesman is selling. If you wait for the best it is well worth the wait.
SHOWCASE MEETINGS
In keeping up with the current trends, NSP is now beginning to start what they call "Showcase Meetings". These meetings differ from the Regional Area Herbal Meetings. These meetings are designed for teaching you about NSP in general and the business opportunities available. They talk about their story, their mission, their quality assurance, and how you or others can make a business out of NSP!
THE OLD BAIT & SWITCH ROUTINE
Many of you, I’m sure, have gotten "tricked" into going to some meeting thinking that it was really a "natural health meeting" or an "herb seminar", etc. and wound up sitting in an hour long "trap" listening to some company brag about itself! I think there is a place for business in all things, but not if you were "tricked" into thinking it was something else!
Nature’s Sunshine Regional Herb Meetings and Natural Health Seminars are exactly what they tell you they are. They actually do tell stories and have speakers on health, etc. And, if someone wants to sign up as a distributor then that’s great! But those meetings are not designed to specifically tell you about NSP’s business opportunity.
The new Showcase Meetings are about telling your potential Distributors about NSP products, the company, the opportunity etc. They will probably teach you more than you know too! So keep an eye out for the next Showcase Meeting coming your way. At least NSP is honest and up front about what type of meeting this is. No need to trick anyone! If you know someone who may be interested in starting their own business, or if you’d like to know more about the company for which you are a part of, please grab a friend and check it out!!
