Hello my friends!! My practice has been expanding at a rapid rate and I’ve hardly had time to produce this newsletter. But here I am again! You’re always on my mind and quite possibly on my phone bill!

Bernard Jensen, N.D., D.C. Ph.D., considered the foremost authority of Iridology, is teaching and certifying his students in a course given in Dallas, Texas in late June! Dr. Jensen is 86 years old and has overcome many health issues in his life through nutrition. I feel that this class could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for us to experience. Regional Meetings

Distributor School
Distributor school is coming to Rochester, NY April 27th. It is an all day event to teach new distributors about the body, herbs and how to make NSP your business. They serve a great lunch, and give away lots of products. I encourage anyone interested in learning about health to attend. Fee is $75.00 and you get a coupon for $75.00 worth of retail products for free!
Iridology Camera
Thanks to my life partner Mr. Wolfe, I now have an iridology camera! At this point, I am still "freelancing" (i.e. working all parts of the country) and unfortunately won’t be fully incorporating it into my practice. So far it works great (we’re still experimenting). I would love volunteers to experiment on!
For now, I will be taking photos of your eyes on your first appointment. If you have continued on your program strictly for at least three months there should be some changes reflected in the iris. On your next appointment we can view the old slides, and point out new differences, healing lines, color changes, etc.!
I now have officially completed my Bachelor of Science requirements for Nutrition! Although the learning is never ending (I’ve started on my Master’s Degree) I feel it’s a boost! Anyone wanting information about how to expand their knowledge in the holistic field I will be happy to share that information. NSP’s Distributor School is a great place to start to learn the BASICS.
TOOLS TO HELP YOU USE AND LEARN ABOUT HERBS
Lately I’ve had requests from many of you about what herbs to take for what conditions. Seems like people come out of the woodwork for your help once you sign up as a distributor! Besides having me work with them, or yourself becoming a Practitioner, there are some tools that can help you make suggestions for others. You can use these references when I can’t be there to muscle test you or you are uncomfortable doing muscle testing on others.
NATURE’S TREASURE CHEST is a "recipe" type card set that lists many ailments in alphabetical order and lists NSP products that people take when they have these conditions. It’s a great tool for reference, and I haven’t come up with anything yet that isn’t in there. They sell for $25.00 each. You can order by calling (800) 728-2030.
The same company also offers THE UNAUTHORIZED GUIDE TO NSP PRODUCTS. This is an excellent way to learn about each of the products and what the combinations stand for (example: LBS stands for Lower Bowel Scrub!). If you prefer a binder type reference, FOOTPRINTS ON THE PATH offers a wonderful resource that lists ailments alphabetically, includes suggested supplements and brief descriptions of diseases and sometimes dietary advice. These can be ordered by calling (206) 643-7752.
A tiny little book that comes in handy, and that I used religiously when I first started, is HEALTH HANDBOOK, A Guide to Family Health by Louise Tenney, M.H.. All the combinations of herbs written in this book are Nature’s Sunshine combinations. Call me for a copy of the "key". The books retail for about $6.00.

BLOOD CLOT-DISSOLVED!
A few months ago I worked with the grandpa of a good friend in Georgia. His family was very worried about his well being. He was becoming somewhat despondent, and looked rather pale. He had a blood clot near his heart, and was on several heavy duty medications. His family knew he needed help. I chose to put him on a small but powerful program that included the Guggal Advantage packets. I wasn’t sure that he would stick to his program since he wasn’t showing uproarious enthusiasm at taking all those herbs, but he stuck to it and received his reward. LIGHTNING VICTIM--RECOVERING!
A while ago I was called out of state to see a young lady who had been struck by lightning. The accident left her central nervous system badly damaged, and interrupted her digestion and metabolism making absorbing her food almost impossible. Having her absorption capabilities disturbed meant that she had lost a large amount of weight and was becoming emaciated. She was also moderately inattentive. I visited with her once and applied Jin Shin Jyutsu (to help her energies run in the right direction). We diffused the essential oil blend HARMONY in the room, and I gave her a Reflexology treatment. Since then, my friend (who lives nearby) has taken over and continued giving her Reflexology treatments. Her parents are continuing to apply her essential oils of HARMONY and THREE WISE MEN (both good for trauma). Her herbal program includes: Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice (good for any type of burns and helps aid digestion), Black Walnut (there is an acid in this that is specific to people who have been electrocuted), and B-Complex for her central nervous system. I suggested that they add Fitness Plus to her program at this time also. The results? The above supplements, oils, and Reflexology along with her other therapies and an extremely supportive and loving environment have helped her gain back a normal body weight! GLAUCOMA & BLOOD PRESSURE--DECREASED! INSULIN--ELIMINATED!
Although I could do a whole newsletter on the following person, I will stick to the most dramatic. A diabetic client of mine in Rochester had her eyes checked right before she came in for an iridology assessment. Her left eye scored "high" for the glaucoma test. We targeted her circulatory system (for her eyes especially) with HSII, her glandular system with Master Gland, Licorice Root and Chromium and began some cleansing with Psyllium Hulls and Special Formula #1. After about a week and a half on her program she called me while I was working in California. She reported that she was getting heartburn, dust burps, and wasn’t sleeping at all! (Not to mention she had a new kitty who was climbing the drapes at 2 am). So I told her to go off the HSII and that we would work with her stomach before we could work with her circulatory system. Determined, she decided against my advice and kept to the program, heartburn and all. Well, it has been paying off, the heartburn was more than likely a reaction from her body from taking in good nutrients!!
After only three weeks on her program, her eye doctor reported that her glaucoma pressure dropped considerably! A month and a half later and she has been told by her medical doctor that she can ELIMINATE her regular insulin! Her blood pressure has also come way down from the borderline level. She is loosing weight, gaining energy and reports that she feels like a new person. For a person who has always taken care of everyone around her and not herself, this is a very dramatic step that is changing her life. She deserves it!!

an herbal program came in for a Reflexology treatment. He was experiencing a common cold.
He had a cough, sore throat, and the general lethargy of being under the weather. He told
me his colds usually linger for a couple of weeks. Sticking to his herbal program of

(the zinc in this is good for healing) and P.D.A. for digestion, his cold only lasted two
days after seeing me! Since then he has reported feeling "terrific".

On a vacation in Utah to visit friends, I wound up doing iridology and putting my new found friends on a cleansing program. (Nice thing to do to new friends huh?) This married couple are basically healthy, but were having some troubles with constipation and stress. (Many times stress creates constipation). They have recently reported that their jeans are very loose, they have increased their elimination from once every three days to three times a day, and the husband is handling stress much easier. His wife says she hears him laughing much more during the day (is that Psyllium or Psilocybin?) One of them is experiencing a healing crisis and eliminating large amounts of catarrh (old mucus) from her respiratory tract! Also they report sleeping better and being more attracted to healthy foods. Sounds like they are on the up and up despite the complaining about the high cost of toilet paper!!
DIABETIC’S INSULIN-LOWERED, ENERGY REVIVED!
Another lovely client of mine in Rochester, who also happens to be diabetic, is seeing me for Reflexology and Iridology. She also has heart troubles and the medical doctors have her on SEVEN different types of medications!! The main part of her program is, of course, the Mega-Chel for her circulatory system. Also, diabetics almost always need help with their digestion. Not to mention how side effects of medication affect the stomach. Therefore I put her on Proactazyme and Marshmallow & Pepsin. For her glands she’s taking Licorice Root and Chromium, and Feverfew for her nervous system. After only a few weeks on her program, she reported feeling ALIVE again! She has more energy and has begun to enlist in classes that she wanted to take earlier but did not have the energy for! Even better, after only two months on her program and her medical doctor reduced her insulin!
